Despatch Times

We aim to despatch all in stock items within 10 working days of orders being placed, unless otherwise stated or if your order includes a pre-order item. 

For new releases and pre-order items, please check the estimated shipping timeframe which is included in the product information. If we expect fulfilment to take longer than the stated time period, you will be notified. 

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time. However, delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated time.

All products are subject to stock availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given or exchange provided as reasonable.

Orders containing pre-order items and in stock items will ship at the same time, when the pre-order item becomes available. If in stock items are required sooner, orders must be placed separately. 

 

Shipping Services

All U.K. orders are despatched using either Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Parcelforce Tracked 48 service. In some instances, we may send out orders using DHL, UPS and Parcelforce.

International Orders will vary depending on the option chosen at checkout. However, in some instances, we may ship your item using an alternative shipping method.

Where possible, once your order has been despatched, we will update tracking numbers with your despatch confirmation email. If this is not provided, tracking numbers are available on request by contact info@vice-press.com

If ordering multiple items that require shipping separately, we will ship the items using the lowest priced tracked service for your country. If you wish to specify different shipping services, please place poster orders separately from merchandise (pins, coins, t-shirts, small art prints).

Signed For Deliveries

If you require a signed for delivery option, please choose DHL. Our Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Standard and Standard International, options do not require a signature.

 

Delivery Timescales

Please note, the below are estimates and are from the date despatched, not the date ordered.

UK

  • Royal Mail - 2 - 5 working days
  • Parcelforce - 2 - 5 working days
  • UPS - 2 - 3 working days
  • DHL - 2 - 3 working days

 

International

  • DHL - 3 - 5 working days
  • Royal Mail Shipping Options - Up to 32 working days.
  • Parcelforce - Up to 32 working days
  • UPS - 5 - 10 working days.

 

Changes Of Address 

Any changes of address must be made by notifying us via our “Contact Us” forms on our website here - https://www.theposterframeco.co.uk/pages/contact

Addresses amended or added via the customer account portal will not change addresses on current orders.

It is a customers responsibility to notify of any address changes with sufficient time to adjust prior to shipping. 

Returned Items and Failed Delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful and packages are returned to sender, we will not refund postage charges in this situation and additional redelivery costs will apply. 

Returned To Sender Items

If your item is returned to us, the sender, because;

  • The item has not been collected from the courier, or delivery re-arranged following a delivery attempt;
  • The item or cannot be delivered because delivery address details have not been entered correctly at checkout;
  • Delivery was refused at the address

Then any return shipping cost will be deducted from any refund once the item has arrived back with The Poster Frame Co. For U.K Royal Mail and Parcelforce services, this is currently £6.95 and is equal to the price we are charged by Parcelforce/ Royal Mail.

 

Missing Items and Non Receipt of Goods

Please report missing items and non receipt of goods within the following timescales.

UK 

  • Royal Mail - 5 working days
  • Parcelforce - 5 working days
  • DHL - 5 working days
  • UPS - 5 working days

International

  • Royal Mail - 32 working days
  • Parcelforce - 32 working days
  • DHL - 10 working days
  • UPS - 10 working days

Any items reported undelivered or missing after the above time frame may result in us being unable to provide a refund or replacement.

 

Customs and VAT

Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the U.K by The Poster Frame Co Ltd.

 

European Union

  • All European Union, are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP). This means that any import costs, such as Duties, customs fees or VAT in the destination country, are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • While we make every effort to make sure that VAT, Taxes and Duties are processed in the correct manner, we cannot take any responsibility for errors made by the receiving countries Customs teams. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

United States

  • On 30 July, a United States Government Executive Order announced changes to the customs obligations and processes for goods being imported into the USA from 29 August 2025. From this date, all orders despatched to the USA will include the appropriate Tariff Duties.
  • Tariff duties are included in the price displayed for the product in both the product description, and at checkout, and paid at time of placing your order.
  • While we make every effort to make sure that VAT, Taxes and Duties are processed in the correct manner, we cannot take any responsibility for errors made by the receiving countries Customs teams. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

All other international orders (orders shipped outside of the UK) are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP). This means that any import costs, such as Duties, customs fees or VAT in the destination country, are the responsibility of the buyer.

We cannot provide a refund of shipping cost, taxes or duties on items returned to us due to non-payment of import costs or refused delivery.

We reserve the right to subtract the cost of return delivery from any refund for any such item.

If items are destroyed due to non-payment of customs, import, VAT, or any other such fees, no refund will be provided.

Please note, it is not unusual for items to take up to 20 working days to clear customs.

Free Shipping

All free shipping options are subject to the following criteria

  • Cannot be applied to existing orders.
  • Orders qualifying for this offer cannot be combined with other orders including non-eligible/ non qualifying orders. 
  • Can be withdrawn and qualifying values altered at any time without prior notice.
  • Excludes Pre-Order / New Release items unless purchased with another qualifying product.
